The Day of Week origin
In 2021, we travelled farm to farm across Norway to understand the real challenges facing local farmers and professional kitchens. What we discovered was not a lack of quality, but a lack of connection, structure and scalable systems. Day of Week was founded to bridge that gap, and transform food into local food experiences.
