Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Day of Week AS (“Day of Week”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
Description of services
Day of Week provides AI-driven products and Software Development as a Service for the agrifood and hospitality industries. Our platforms include tools for menu design, producer management, food experiences, and operational workflows. Access to specific products may be subject to separate agreements.
Accounts and access
Certain services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
All content, software, models, designs, and trademarks associated with Day of Week services are the property of Day of Week AS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software or models.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Day of Week shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for access to the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on our website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Kristiansand, Norway.
